AI-lucinations: Director of NetLab UFRJ discusses AI at Rio2C 2025

From May 26th to 31st, Rio2C, one of Latin America's leading creativity events, took place. It addressed pressing and relevant topics in the creative industry and brought together leading figures in the market.

On Thursday (May 29th), Rose Marie Santini, director of the Internet and Social Media Studies Laboratory at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (NetLab UFRJ), participated in the lecture "AI-lucinações: Alucinações Artificialis" (AI-lucinations: Artificial Hallucinations) on the BrainSpace stage. Alongside Luis Octavio Rogens and Carlos Schmiedel, Santini discussed the challenges and implications of hallucinations in generative artificial intelligence models.
